Welcome to my new Blog Delicatique.
My name is Sayaka, I just moved from Vancouver Canada to amsterdam for a culinary and cultural adventure.
The title 'delicatique' doesn't really mean anything, but it's generally a mix of cool words like
-delicious, delicatessen, antique, classique, or fantastique!
This Blog is mainly reviews of Cafes, Bars, Restaurants and Shops I liked, and sometimes recipes of my own cooking. I love eating and cooking food, both traditional and contemporary, but the one condition I care about is that the food should not make you feel gross after eating! (physically and mentally). So, I really care about how I cook and what I use, and, of course, I make sure it's yummy too.
I decided to write in my poor English this time since the google translation from Japanese to English was even poorer quality than my English.
I just hope you can figure out what I mean to say and wish I can share some cool experiences in Amsterdam via my Blog.
